Saperavi Pi - 2022 harvest, dry red wine made from 20-year-old single vineyard Saperavi grapes located in the village of Akura, Telavi, Kakheti region. For vintage 2022 green harvest operation was done 1.5 month before to an actual harvest (meaning: cutting unripe grape bunches for better ripening of the rest) to obtain high quality fruit. Fermentation process of wine was made by natural yeast (spontaneous fermentation), classic method, unfiltered, not processed. This wine seeks to express terroir, individuality, the place where it was grown and how it was made.
