Product details:
Crafted in the Kartli region from hand-harvested Shavkapito grapes, this dry red wine undergoes fermentation and aging for 10 months in traditional Georgian qvevri clay vessels. The result is a pure, expressive wine that honors centuries of winemaking heritage. Cherry in color, the wine opens with an aromatic profile of cherry and wild raspberry. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious, with a smooth tannic structure and a lingering, balanced finish. Perfectly suited for grilled red meats, duck, mushroom dishes, or aged cheeses, this wine should be served slightly below room temperature, around 15–17°C, to reveal its full character and qvevri charm. Contains sulfites.Specifications:
