On the palate, it is balanced and medium-bodied, with smooth tannins and a gentle warmth that speaks to careful qvevri aging. The finish is long, silky, and lightly spiced, offering harmony and depth in equal measure. Fermented with natural yeast and minimal intervention, the wine preserves the authenticity of the terroir and the varietal essence of Saperavi.
