Crafted by winemaker Giorgi Kakhoidze under the "Wine People" label, this red dry wine is made from the rare Georgian grape Simonaseuli, grown in the Teliani Valley of Kakheti. Fermented and aged in traditional qvevri for several months, the wine reflects the artisanal approach and natural expression of Georgia’s ancient winemaking culture. Unfiltered and alive, it displays a cherry hue with fragrant notes of blackberry and ripe red fruits. On the palate, it reveals a velvety tannin structure, medium body, and a lingering finish that unfolds gently and harmoniously.
