Kostaphe is a blend of four varieties: Rkatsiteli, Kakhuri Mtsvane, Kisi, and Buera. The wine is characterized by a dark amber color, forest tones of earth, mushrooms, and soil. On the palate, it is distinguished by pronounced acidity and intense tannins.
The wine is in perfect drinking condition and goes well with onion soup and Mexican potatoes.
