Winery Baaduri Kvishkhuri 2022 from the Imereti region is crafted using the classic method and offers a clean, elegant expression of this rare local grape variety. Its straw color reflects freshness and lightness, while the 14% alcohol is seamlessly integrated into the structure, giving the wine a rounded and well-balanced profile. The aromatic profile opens with lively green apple notes that bring brightness and vitality. On the palate, it is harmonious and light, where subtle white fruit nuances are supported by refreshing acidity, preserving clarity and softness and leading to a pleasant, clean finish. Its light structure and refreshing character make it an excellent match for seafood, light fish dishes, white meat recipes, and soft cheeses. From Georgian cuisine, it pairs especially well with Imeretian cheese, chicken stews in a light sauce, white bean dishes with fresh herbs, and freshly baked mchadi.
