Produced in the Kakheti region, this 2019 Red Blend is crafted using the traditional qvevri method and combines the structural strength of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Saperavi. Fermentation and aging in qvevri provide depth and textural complexity, while bottle maturity adds aromatic refinement. The wine displays a ruby hue. On the nose, black plum and red fruit notes intertwine with spice nuances, creating a concentrated and layered aromatic profile characteristic of qvevri-aged wines. On the palate, crisp acidity maintains freshness, while round tannins shape a balanced and integrated structure. The texture is full and harmonious, leading to a medium-length finish driven by fruit and spice tones.
