This dry white wine is crafted from Tsolikauri grapes harvested in the Racha region. Produced at the Royal Khvanchkara winery using classic technology, this expression focuses on preserving the primary varietal aromas and providing the wine with a delicate, clean profile. The 2024 vintage stands out for its energetic character and exceptional balance. The wine displays a delicate straw hue in the glass. The bouquet is characterized by vibrant and pleasant aromas of white orchard fruits. On the palate, it is light-bodied and defined by a "cyanic" (vibrant) acidity, which imparts an exceptional freshness and agility. The 13.5% alcohol content is well-integrated into the wine's overall structure, leading to a harmonious, medium-length finish. This Tsolikauri pairs perfectly with poached fish, seafood, poultry, light salads, and fresh cheeses.
