Located in Kakheti, Rtoni Winery, founded by Giorgi Skhirtladze, produces this ruby-colored Saperavi using traditional qvevri methods. With notes of black fruits, dried plums, and a hint of smoke, it features rounded blackish tannins, medium acidity, and dried plum tones.
Enjoy it after 10 years of aging with smoked meats and fish, walnuts, almonds, and fatty cheese.
