Ateni, in Georgia’s Kartli region, is known for its ideal conditions for sparkling wines — with cool temperatures, limestone soils, and native grape varieties that retain natural acidity and clarity.
This brut sparkling wine is a refined blend of two indigenous Georgian varieties — Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri. Crafted using the classic method, it delivers finesse, freshness, and regional authenticity.
Dark straw in color, it offers delicate bubbles and expressive aromas of ripe melon and citrus. The palate is harmonious and clean, with a light body, elegant dryness, and a refreshing mineral finish.
Excellent with seafood, fresh salads, cheese platters, or served on its own as an elegant apéritif. A brilliant companion for celebrations or sun-filled afternoons.
