Tavkveri is the leading red grape variety of the Kartli region, which, in addition to red wine, is also an ideal variety for making rosé wine. The wine is distinguished by the aroma of barberry, flowers and currants. The taste is soft, gentle and velvety. Sweet fruity with a long finish.
The wine goes perfectly with strawberry panna cotta and spaghetti with parmesan and tomatoes.
