The wine has a dark amber color, aromas of dried plums and apples, honey, caramelized nuts, dried wildflowers, and spices. The wine is balanced, full-bodied, with ripe, quince-like tannins, medium acidity, and a velvety, fruit-oriented finish. The wine is ready-to-drink and yet has aging potential; enjoy it from 2024-2028 with grilled vegetables, spicy Asian dishes, roast pork ribs, and cool cheese varieties.
