This dry red wine from the Vazisubani microzone of Kakheti is a harmonious blend of Budeshuri Saperavi and Saperavi grapes. It shows an intense cherry-red color and a rich bouquet of berries, ripe red fruits, cherry, cornelian cherry, and plum. The palate is fruit-forward, with pleasant acidity perfectly balanced by gentle, smooth tannins. Light-bodied yet expressive, it offers a refined character with a long and pleasant finish.
Best served at 14-16 °C, it pairs beautifully with meat dishes, lightly grilled meats, or nut-based appetizers.
