This semi-sweet red wine is a distinguished expression of one of Georgia's most famous appellations—Kindzmarauli. Crafted from Saperavi grapes harvested in the specific Kindzmarauli micro-zone of Kakheti, it was produced at the "Vazisubani Estate" winery using classic technology. The natural residual sugar is preserved by carefully arresting the fermentation process at the optimal moment. The wine displays a brilliant ruby hue in the glass. Its bouquet is remarkably cheerful and fruit-forward, featuring a pleasant synthesis of ripe blackberry, raspberry, and wild strawberry aromas. On the palate, the wine is defined by a "cyanic" (vibrant) acidity and round, soft tannins, providing a velvety and well-balanced profile. The 11.5% alcohol content is perfectly integrated with the wine's natural sweetness. This Kindzmarauli pairs perfectly with desserts, fruit platters, light cakes, and fresh cheeses.
