This dry amber wine is a blend of Rkatsiteli and Kisi grapes harvested in the distinguished village of Ziari, within the Gurjaani district of Kakheti. The high-altitude terroir and unique climate of Ziari impart an aromatic depth and sophistication to the fruit. The winemaking process involves traditional fermentation in Qvevri followed by aging in oak barrels, resulting in a noble structure and a multi-layered character.

The wine showcases an intense amber color in the glass. The bouquet is of medium intensity, where the delicate floral notes characteristic of Kisi and subtle oak undertones harmoniously blend with the robust frame of Rkatsiteli. On the palate, it is defined by an average body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, which, combined with 13% alcohol, creates a well-balanced and structured profile.

This wine perfectly pairs with roasted meats, traditional Georgian BBQ (Mtsvadi), walnut-based dishes, and aged hard cheeses.
