Amosa Shavkapito Rosé 2023 from the Kartli region is crafted using the classic method and stands out for its refined, clean style. Its delicate salmon hue reflects a light body and elegant structure, making the wine visually appealing and beautifully balanced on the palate.
The aroma profile opens with fresh berry and strawberry notes, gently layered with soft floral hints of rose petals. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, where subtle strawberry jam nuances are balanced by refreshing acidity, giving the wine clarity and a pleasant, lingering finish.
Its light structure and refreshing character make it an excellent match for salads with fresh berries or citrus, light white fish dishes, grilled chicken, and soft cheeses. From Georgian cuisine, it pairs especially well with a lighter-style chicken satsivi, pkhali with restrained walnut richness, and chilled mchadi served with sulguni.
