This dry red wine represents one of Kartli’s most refined and historic blends—Khidistauri. Crafted at the Ateni Terraces family cellar, it is a harmonious marriage of Chinuri, Goruli Mtsvane, and Tavkveri grapes. Produced using classic winemaking technology, this expression beautifully showcases the minerality and delicacy characteristic of the Ateni Valley. The wine displays a light purple hue, typical of a young and vibrant vintage. The bouquet is filled with the lively and cheerful aromas of fresh red fruits. On the palate, it is defined by a medium body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity; the 12.5% alcohol content is perfectly integrated into its light structure, resulting in an airy, elegant, and refreshing profile. This is a wine that masterfully combines the crispness of white varieties with the aromatic beauty of the red Tavkveri grape. This Khidistauri pairs excellently with light meat dishes, roasted poultry, pasta, and fresh Georgian cheeses.
