Produced in the Tamarisi microzone of Kartli, Awino’s Pink Rkatsiteli is a rare and authentic interpretation of Georgia’s winemaking heritage. Its amber hue with delicate pink reflections hints at a natural, expressive character and a supple, rounded body. The aroma opens with white fruit — pear and peach — gently mingled with earthy qvevri tones and a touch of warm herbal nuance. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and texturally rich, balancing strength with harmony. The depth of flavor and warmth reflect both the power of the variety and the soulful nature of qvevri aging. Naturally fermented with indigenous yeast and minimally sulfured to preserve purity, this unfiltered wine retains its energy and tactile character, offering a vivid sense of place and tradition.
