Product details:
The wine is burgundy in color, with a brick color on the rim. The influence of the barrel is strongly felt in the aroma, with the tone of sour red fruits. It is characterized by a light body and cheerful high acidity. Along with the varietal tones, there is a slight influence of the barrel and a taste of vanilla, as well as a sour fruit and floral tone.
The wine is interesting to taste after 10 years of aging.
It pairs well with grilled red and light meats.
