Churi Chinebuli Tsolikouri 2023 is a dry white wine crafted from the Tsolikouri variety grown in the Svire microzone of Imereti. It presents a straw-yellow hue and an intense aromatic profile of sweet white fruits — hints of peach, plum, and ripe pear unfold with charm and brightness. On the palate, it is vibrant, balanced, and joyfully fresh, delivering a lively structure with well-integrated acidity.
The Sviri terroir, marked by mild climate and mineral-rich soils, gives this Tsolikouri a signature elegance and translucent texture. Made using the classic method, the wine retains the purity and natural aromatic finesse of the grape.
It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, herb-forward salads, light fish dishes, and creamy soft cheeses. Also a delightful choice as an aperitif on a warm spring or summer afternoon.
