The wine is made from Budeshuri Saperavi grapes using the classical method and is partially aged in French oak barrels. It is berry-colored, with a violet tint. Aromas typical of barrel aging such as spices, dark chocolate, and cocoa are leading. It has a full body, characteristic tannins, and high acidity. It is a characteristic wine.
Decantation is recommended before serving. Has great bottle aging potential.
It goes well with beef steak, grilled tuna, sausages.
