In the glass, the wine presents a striking amber color. The nose offers a pleasant, medium-intensity bouquet. On the palate, it is defined by rough tannins and a robust, highly structured profile. This 12% ABV amber dry wine is expertly crafted by the "Doremi" winery using the ancient, traditional Georgian Qvevri method, utilizing Kisi grapes cultivated in the Ozhio micro-zone of Akhmeta, within the Kakheti region. Thanks to the Qvevri maturation and its strong, firm tannins, this wine possesses excellent potential for further development and aging in the bottle.

For food pairings, this Kisi is a perfect match for hearty international cuisine. It beautifully complements roasted pork, intense mushroom-based recipes, and aged, firm cheeses.
