Produced in the Tsinandali microzone of Kakheti, this 2024 Tsinandali is a classic blend of Kakhuri Mtsvane and Rkatsiteli. Crafted using traditional winemaking techniques and partially aged in oak barrels, the wine gains structure and depth while preserving the elegance and freshness typical of the appellation. The wine displays a straw-colored hue. On the nose, medium-intensity herbal and coniferous notes unfold, accompanied by a clean and fresh character. Subtle oak influence adds complexity without overpowering the varietal expression. On the palate, high and crisp acidity creates an energetic and well-defined structure, while round tannins add volume and balance. The texture is precise and elegant, leading to a clean and persistent finish with lingering herbal nuances. It pairs beautifully with light fish dishes, seafood, white meats, fresh cheeses, creamy sauces, and lightly grilled vegetables.
