Produced from Saperavi grapes harvested in the Manavi micro-zone of the Kakheti region, this dry red wine reflects the sophisticated winemaking style of Giuaani. Crafted using classic technology and aged in oak barrels, this expression gains a refined structure and a noble character over Saperavi's natural power. The 2024 vintage showcases an excellent balance between varietal aromas and a velvety body. The wine displays an intense ruby hue in the glass. Its bouquet is defined by distinct and inviting notes of ripe blackberry. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced; the 13.5% alcohol content and the smooth, round tannins derived from oak aging create a harmonious profile that leads to a clean, medium-length finish. This Saperavi pairs excellently with roasted red meats, traditional Georgian BBQ (Mtsvadi), hearty Kakhetian dishes, and aged cheeses.
