This dry red wine is produced from Saperavi grapes grown in the Kakheti region, following the finest traditions of the Kintsurashvili Family Winery. Crafted using the ancient Qvevri method, the wine possesses a unique authenticity, complexity, and primal energy. The time spent in the traditional clay vessel enhances the natural power of the Saperavi variety.

The wine displays an intense pomegranate hue in the glass. Its aromatic profile is distinctive, featuring a blend of vegetative notes and a prominent minerality that creates an intriguing, earthy bouquet. On the palate, it is defined by high acidity and a robust structure; the 13.5% alcohol content is well-integrated into the body, leading to a clean, persistent medium finish. This expression beautifully captures the raw, unadorned character of a traditional Qvevri red.

This Qvevri Saperavi perfectly pairs with traditional Georgian cuisine, roasted red meats, grilled lamb (Mtsvadi), and strong, aged cheeses.
