This dry amber wine is crafted from the Kisi grape variety, harvested in the Kakheti region. Produced at the "Estate" (Mamuli) family wine cellar using traditional Qvevri methods, this expression gains exceptional authenticity and structural integrity. Due to its significant aging, the 2019 vintage presents itself as a well-developed, complex, and refined wine. The wine displays a classic amber hue in the glass. Its bouquet is remarkably long and diverse, featuring the delicate tones characteristic of Kisi in harmonious synthesis with Qvevri-derived aromas. On the palate, it is defined by a "cyanic" (vibrant) acidity, which maintains the wine's agility and freshness despite its age. The 12.5% alcohol content is perfectly integrated into the wine's body, creating a polished and impressive profile. This Amber Kisi pairs perfectly with roasted fish, poultry, walnut-based appetizers, and aged cheeses.
