This dry white wine is produced from Chardonnay grapes harvested in the sun-drenched vineyards of the Marabda Valley in Kartli. The specific climate and soil composition of the Marabda plots impart exceptional strength and aromatic depth to this international variety. Crafted using classic winemaking technology, this expression maintains the innate nobility of Chardonnay while reflecting the authentic character of the Georgian terroir. The wine displays a brilliant straw hue and features a bouquet of medium intensity, showcasing a pleasant balance of white orchard fruits and floral undertones. On the palate, the wine is impressively robust; it is characterized by a full body and a structured richness, which are perfectly counterbalanced by a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity and a 12.5% alcohol content. It is a rich, energetic wine that leaves a long and satisfying finish. This Chardonnay perfectly pairs with fatty fish, roasted chicken in cream sauces, seafood risotto, and aged cheeses.
