This dry white expression originates from the Marabda Valley, crafted from the hallmark Kartlian variety, Chinuri. The 2024 vintage captures the true essence of its sun-soaked plots, where the vines benefit from optimal exposure and the region’s distinct soil. Produced through classic winemaking methods, this wine emphasizes the natural elegance and crispness inherent to the grape. In the glass, the wine presents a brilliant straw color. The bouquet is of medium intensity, leading with a delicate fusion of wild floral notes and hints of white orchard fruit. On the palate, it is defined by a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity and a light-bodied frame, offering a balanced and refreshing experience at 12% alcohol. This Chinuri perfectly pairs with poached fish, fresh garden salads, poultry, and soft, mild cheeses.
