This dry white blend is produced from Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane grapes harvested in the sun-drenched vineyards of Marabda Valley, Kartli. The unique terroir and ideal sun exposure of the Marabda plots impart a distinct delicacy and harmony to the fruit, which is beautifully expressed in this classic Kartlian blend. The wine is crafted using classic winemaking technology to preserve the vibrant primary aromas of both varieties. The wine displays a bright straw color in the glass. The bouquet is of medium intensity, featuring pleasant notes of wild flowers and white orchard fruits. On the palate, the wine is lively and energetic; the "cyanic" acidity is perfectly balanced with a 12% alcohol content, creating a crisp, refreshing structure that leads into a satisfying medium finish. This Chinuri • Goruli Mtsvane perfectly pairs with boiled or grilled fish, poultry dishes, fresh green salads, and young Georgian cheeses.
