Straw-coloured Rkatsiteli from the Kakheti terroir, crafted using the classic method and aged in oak barrels, combines expressive aromas of tropical fruits with pronounced acidity, giving the wine freshness and a lively character. The oak aging lends subtle vanilla and light toast notes, while the long, elegant finish reflects the harmony of its structure.
Pairs beautifully with Georgian dishes such as chicken shkmeruli, grilled fish, khachapuri with cottage cheese, and vegetable salads with walnut dressing, as well as international cuisine — herb and lemon roasted dorade, shrimp pasta, risotto in white sauce, and mild cheeses.
