Product details:
Parvus Aleksandrouli is made in the Racha-Lechkhumi region, in the Khvanchkara microzone, from harvested Aleksandrouli grapes in a qvevri, using the traditional Georgian method.
The wine has a ruby color with a brownish tint. It takes time to open the glass. Aromas of ripe black plums, spices (licorice, black pepper), red currant, and tobacco are expressed. It has a medium body, black plum tones, and a nice blackness.
It is preferable to consume the wine in its early age, although it will keep its good shape in the bottle for several years. Goes well with light meat dishes, mushroom risotto, and pasta with vegetables or meat ragout.
