This semi-sweet red wine is an intriguing synthesis of the Kindzmarauli micro-zone terroir in Kakheti and the Rachuli Sapere grape variety. Produced at the "Crush" winery using classic technology, the natural residual sugar was preserved by carefully arresting the fermentation process. The 2022 vintage has developed a delightful balance and an intense bouquet of forest berries. The wine displays a distinct ruby hue in the glass. Its bouquet is filled with vibrant aromas of red and black berries, where notes of blackberry, raspberry, and ripe strawberry develop harmoniously. On the palate, it is defined by a medium body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, which perfectly counterbalances the natural sweetness and gives the wine a cheerful profile. The 12.5% alcohol content and velvety structure create a pleasant and memorable tasting experience. This Kindzmarauli pairs excellently with desserts, fruit platters, cakes, and soft cheeses.
