This dry red wine is crafted from the Aleksandrouli grape variety, harvested in the Racha region. Produced by Saketsiis Marani using classic winemaking technology, this expression allows the noble characteristics of the variety to shine in all its glory. The 2024 vintage has acquired a remarkable complexity and impressive power, typical of the unique Racha terroir. The wine displays an intense ruby hue in the glass. The bouquet is defined by long and persistent aromas, dominated by notes of aromatic spices. On the palate, it is robust and full-bodied; a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity meets the 14% alcohol content to create a solid and energetic profile. The natural smoothness of Aleksandrouli, combined with its classic structure, gives this wine a distinguished character. This Aleksandrouli pairs excellently with roasted game, red meats, traditional Racha ham, and aged hard cheeses.
