This dry white wine is produced from Rachuli Tetra grapes harvested on the sun-drenched mountain slopes of the Racha region. The unique climate and limestone-rich soils of Racha impart a distinct vitality and a prominent mineral character to the grapes, which is beautifully preserved in this Saketsiis Marani expression. The wine is crafted using classic winemaking technology to showcase the authentic nature of this rare variety. The wine displays a bright straw color in the glass. The bouquet offers a medium intensity, featuring delicate and inviting primary aromas. On the palate, it is highly energetic and distinctive; the "cyanic" acidity is perfectly complemented by subtle salty notes characteristic of the Rachian terroir. Together with a light 11.5% alcohol content, it creates a crisp, refreshing, and sophisticated profile. This Rachuli Tetra perfectly pairs with river fish, traditional Rachian ham (Lori), light summer salads, and fresh young cheeses.
