The wine is made by traditional Georgian Qvevri technology, which was fermented for 7 days on skin. It has a slightly dark ruby color, the edge has a brick color suitable for its age. The aroma is characterized by overripe and candied fruit tones. On the palate, it is soft and velvety, slightly sweet with a hint of dried fruit and medium acidity.
It is interesting to try it with a 12-year old.
Pairs well with steak, salty cheese, and wood mushrooms.
