Crafted in qvevri and shaped by the terroir of the Manavi microzone, this amber-hued wine is a remarkable blend of two native Georgian varieties — Kisi and Khikhvi — united in aromatic strength, balance, and natural elegance.
The bouquet is rich and inviting, with dried apricot, peach, and cherry preserve leading the way. On the palate, it is velvety, full-bodied, and well-balanced — the qvevri aging enhances the wine’s texture and imparts a round, integrated structure.
Sourced from the Manavi microzone in Kakheti, where both Kisi and Khikhvi thrive — showing expressive aromatics and a refined acidity-minerality balance.
Pairs beautifully with baked poultry, walnut-stuffed vegetables, game dishes, and hearty bean stews. Also complements semi-aged cheeses and herbaceous, spice-forward salads like tabbouleh.
