The wine made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety, which is characterized by a deep amber color, is made by traditional Georgian technology in Qvevri. The secret of this wine is hidden in its age. The wine is aged for 9 years and is an ideal example of how much potential Qvevri wines have for development and aging in the bottle, especially the samples made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety. The wine is characterized by the aroma of overripe yellow fruits, dried fruits, field flowers, and quince. Balanced, soft tannins, smooth, strong structure, and persistent, rich aromas are felt on the palate.

The wine is ideal to drink and goes well with grilled fish, salmon sushi, and chicken noodles.
