The label showcases a hundred-year-old oak tree planted in the winery's yard in the village of Second Sviri, preserved by the company founders with the assistance of a botanist.
This wine is made by Krakhuna (60%) and Kakhuri green (40%) varieties, fermented in qvevri with skin. It presents an amber hue and a complex bouquet featuring aromas of dried figs, persimmons, toasted almonds, chamomile infusion, black tea, and loquat. Balanced on the palate, with lively acidity and a juicy finish.
With a potential for aging of 3-5 years, it pairs ideally with meat dishes, especially those with herbal flavors, and poultry.
