This amber-hued wine is made from hand-harvested Kakhuri Mtsvane grapes grown in the renowned Manavi microzone of Kakheti. Produced using the traditional Georgian qvevri method, the wine undergoes natural fermentation and maceration in clay vessels and is bottled unfiltered to preserve its authentic character. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of white fruits like apple and pear. The palate is soft and harmonious, with a smooth structure and subtle tannins that reflect both the grape's elegance and the influence of qvevri aging. This amber wine delivers a balanced expression of terroir and tradition. Perfectly pairs with Georgian cuisine — grilled meats with tkemali, walnut-based dishes, phkali, as well as white fish, creamy sauces, and soft cheeses. A beautiful example of natural qvevri wine from one of Kakheti’s prized microzones.
