Product details:
The wine is dark amber in color, made by traditional Georgian qvevri technology. Pronounced aromas of dried fruits, dried apricots, tea, and light spice tones are especially noticeable. On the palate, it has light tannin, above-average and rounded acidity, with a long aftertaste of dried fruit.
The wine is interesting to taste after 9-10 years of aging.
Pairs well with baked sturgeon and salmon, stews, nuts, and wood mushrooms, and slightly spicy dishes.
