This dry white wine is crafted from Kakhuri Mtsvane grapes harvested in the prestigious Manavi micro-zone of Kakheti. The sun-drenched slopes and specific plot exposures of Manavi impart a unique aromatic richness and complexity to the fruit, which is vividly reflected in this "Special" release by Giuaani. Produced using classic winemaking technology, the wine focuses on maintaining the purity of the variety and its sophisticated structure. The wine displays a delicate straw hue and opens with a bouquet of medium intensity, dominated by elegant floral notes. On the palate, it is characterized by a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity and a firm profile, while the 13.5% alcohol content provides a fuller body and satisfying depth. It is a refined and complex expression that harmoniously captures the best traits of the Manavi terroir.
