Giuaani Saperavi • Cabernet Rosé 2023 from the Manavi microzone in the Kakheti region is crafted using the classic method and offers a cheerful, elegant, and easy-drinking expression of this two-grape blend in a semi-sweet style. Its salmon hue reflects freshness and lightness, while the 11.5% alcohol is seamlessly integrated into its light body, giving the wine a refreshing and friendly profile. The aromatic profile opens with notes of red berries, creating a clean and lively first impression. On the palate, it is soft and balanced, where gentle sweetness is supported by light acidity, preserving clarity and freshness and leading to a sweetish, cheerful finish. Its light structure and subtle sweetness make it an excellent match for fruit salads, light desserts, soft cheeses, and mildly spicy salads with a citrus touch. From Georgian cuisine, it pairs especially well with churchkhela, fruit pelamushi, a lighter-style gozinaki, and fresh fruit.
