This semi-sweet red wine is crafted from the Usakhelauri grape variety, harvested in the Lechkhumi region and widely regarded as one of Georgia's most precious and rare grapes. Produced by Innomina using classic winemaking technology, the natural sweetness and varietal purity are preserved by arresting the fermentation process. The 2024 vintage stands out for its cheerful character and delicate structure.

The wine displays a brilliant ruby hue in the glass. The bouquet is rich and inviting, featuring a harmonious blend of vibrant red berry aromas—strawberry, cherry, and blackberry. On the palate, it is defined by a medium body and a vibrant, "cyanic" acidity, which perfectly counterbalances the natural residual sugar. The 12.5% alcohol content adds a layer of sophistication, resulting in a velvety and elegant profile.

This Usakhelauri pairs excellently with desserts, fruit platters, cakes, and light, soft cheeses.
