Lionidze’s Zvari NOTI Saperavi opens with a light purple hue and a concentrated aromatic character of medium intensity. Notes of dark fruit, subtle spice, and warm undertones give the wine depth and a quiet power. The palate is viscous, structured, and expressive — with both medium and long finishes unfolding gradually. The viscous acidity supports the wine’s richness, while oak-barrel maturation adds warmth, roundness, and layers of complexity characteristic of fortified wines. This fortified Saperavi pairs wonderfully with chocolate desserts, berry tarts, caramel-infused sweets, strong cheeses, and slow evening sipping. Serve at 12–14°C to reveal its full concentration, texture, and lingering finish.
