The wine is made from a blend of the main varieties of the Kartli region, Chinuri and Goruli Mtsvane, using traditional Georgian technology - qvevri. The wine has a dark amber color. The aroma is dominated by aromas of roasted nuts, walnuts, and overripe pears. A mineral tone is felt on the palate, with a long and intensive finish.
The wine goes perfectly with pasta, tomato sauce, and aged cheese.
