Product details:
The wine is made using traditional Georgian qvevri technology. It has a dark amber color with a reddish tint. The aroma has tons of raw leaves. On the palate, there are raw tones, especially mushrooms. It has a sharp and pleasant tannin, and medium acidity.
The wine will be interesting to taste after 6 years of aging.
Pairs well with poultry meat, cheese with a neutral taste, and slightly sweet salads.
