Churi Chinebuli’s sparkling non-alcoholic white is a refined expression of Imereti’s ancient grape varieties, crafted for those seeking freshness and a celebratory glass without alcohol.

This wine is produced from a blend of Mtsvane, Rkatsiteli, and Tsolikauri, sourced from selected vineyards in Meore Sviri — an area known for grapes with bright acidity and crisp character. Using the traditional ch’uri clay amphora during vinification, even this non-alcoholic sparkling retains an elegant texture and a subtle layer of complexity.

In the glass, it shows a delicate straw colour. Aromas evoke soft pastry notes, reminiscent of freshly baked brioche, layered with hints of floral freshness. The palate is clean, vibrant, and marked by lively acidity, balanced by a gentle sparkle that enhances its light, dry finish.
