From the hills of Chiatura in Imereti, where Dzelshavi has long thrived, this wine reflects the region’s cooler climate and clay-based soils — resulting in wines with light structure, crisp acidity, and vivid red fruit character.
Ruby-hued and aromatic, it bursts with notes of blackberry, wild berries, and strawberry. On the palate, it’s fresh and delicate, with lively acidity and an easy-drinking charm — perfect for those who enjoy lighter reds or want a soft transition from white to red.
