This white dry wine from Dolidze Vineyards is crafted from an elegant blend of Chkhaveri and Tsitska, sourced from the villages of Amaghleba and Meore Sviri. It presents a bright straw color with delicate floral aromas that bring freshness and lift to the wine. On the palate, vibrant acidity and a medium finish highlight the natural lightness and purity of these two Western Georgian varieties.
Its refined character pairs beautifully with light salads, white fish dishes, and soft cheeses. Serve at 10–12 °C to fully reveal its freshness and graceful balance.
