Doremi’s qvevri-aged Mtsvane is a rich and authentic wine from the vineyards of Akhmeta and Ozhio — capturing both varietal character and the essence of traditional Georgian winemaking. Amber-hued and aromatic, it opens with inviting notes of dried yellow fruits such as peach, apple, and apricot. On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety, and harmonious, with soft tannins and a long, well-developed finish. This is an unfiltered, family-produced wine — offering a natural and expressive style that showcases both the terroir and the signature of the artisan behind it. Grown in the microzones of Akhmeta and Ojio, where low-yield vines and favorable microclimates give Mtsvane exceptional aroma concentration and structural depth.
